Dr Nokukhanya Khanyile is a 29-year-old South African born Medical Doctor and Pediatric Registrar on the frontline against Covid 19.
She is a Change-maker, Keynote Speaker and Vice President of Mental Matters – an organisation dedicated to the education and destigmatisation of mental illness, and the promotion of mental health in youth and society as a whole.
Dr Khanyile is the epitome of what hard work, commitment and passion can achieve. She obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Witwatersrand. Following the successful completion of her degree, the trailblazing Doctor served at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital in Johannesburg before heading to Sebokeng Hospital in 2018.
She is currently a Paediatric Registrar at the Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital in Johannesburg.
Dr Nokukhanya Khanyile also uses her medical knowledge to answer frequently asked questions on various television and radio programs and in the print media.
She is part of an incredible project with Investec Private Banking, where she discusses interesting topics with other Doctors.
