A Nigerian medical school graduate, Ms Winnifred Hyacinth Ugochinere, has shown off her academic prowess by sweeping eleven awards at her just ended graduation at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
Ms Ugochinere announced her celebration on Twitter alongside some pictures saying, ”Made my Mama so proud she cried! Mission accomplished. She said that her mother was really proud as she became a doctor while bagging her MBSS, causing the old woman to shed tears of joy.
The now medical doctor did not only graduate but got a total of 11 awards out of 14. Some of her awards include the Dr Echee Adinma Prize for Best Female Student in Community Medicine, the Dr Dozie Ikedife Medal for the Overall Best Student, among others.
Nigerians have poured in congratulatory messages to her, saying she has indeed proved herself worthy in her medical training in school.
Some tweeps even called her the future minister of health in Nigeria going by the numerous accolades she packed in school. She is currently serving her residency as a medical house officer at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital.
