The world is waking up to the reality that having alone time for self introspection is important to ones health and wellbeing. You wake up everyday and you scroll and scroll through your devices to see all these other people achieve great things so you feel like you have nothing going on in your life. One thing you should know is, only you can push yourself out of the door and be your authentic self.

Romanticise your life

You need to want your life to be the prettiest story ever to be told. Be the main character of your own life. Take charge. Have great memories and take pictures. Create a beautiful life for yourself and stop focusing on others.

Don’t slow down

Remember to overcome limiting beliefs. Yes things can go wrong. Yes things can go sideways. But once you keep going, your life can turn out better than you can ever imagine.

Never work against yourself

If you see that things in your life are not working, work to change them. Don’t ever shut your growth with a refusal to change.

Be like the bee

You attract what you are. The flower does not dream of the bee. It blossoms, and the bee comes towards it. Focus on creating your best self and watch your life begin to transform. Good things will come when you make your life beautiful and attractive.

Everyone is faking it

Maybe you think everybody is doing great and you are crawling behind. But one thing you should know is that some people have the ability to fake their entire lifestyle. You may need to create your own reality in your head until you get to your destination.
